O dia 5 de junho de 2020 \u00e9 o 53\u00ba anivers\u00e1rio da guerra de agress\u00e3o de 1967, por meio da qual Israel ocupou a Cisjord\u00e2nia, Jerusal\u00e9m Oriental e a Faixa de Gaza, a Gol\u00e3 S\u00edria e a Pen\u00ednsula do Sinai. Este anivers\u00e1rio ocorre sob a sombra da inten\u00e7\u00e3o declarada do governo de Israel de anexar as Terras Palestinas Ocupadas, com apoio da administra\u00e7\u00e3o estadunidense, como parte do desastroso “Acordo do S\u00e9culo”.<\/p>\n
De fato isto significa a perpetua\u00e7\u00e3o da ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, avan\u00e7ando com os assentamentos e criando um regime oficial do Apartheid, para retirar o direito de autodetermina\u00e7\u00e3o do povo palestino e impedir o fim da ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, dos assentamentos e do estabelecimento de um estado palestino independente nas fronteiras estabelecidas em 4 de junho de 1967, com Jerusal\u00e9m Oriental como sua capital e o direito de retorno para refugiados, de acordo com as resolu\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais.<\/p>\n
O governo de Netanyahu e a administra\u00e7\u00e3o de Trump est\u00e3o empurrando a regi\u00e3o para o limite, e ambos est\u00e3o perpetuando o conflito a servi\u00e7o de projetos de hegemonia, apostando no sil\u00eancio da comunidade internacional sobre esses crimes – crimes de guerra – especialmente no momento em que o mundo est\u00e1 preocupado com as implica\u00e7\u00f5es da COVID-19 na sa\u00fade, na sociedade e na economia.<\/p>\n
N\u00f3s, os partidos comunistas e oper\u00e1rios do mundo, abaixo-assinados, exortamos as for\u00e7as anti-imperialistas progressistas ao redor do planeta a continuar a luta contra essa pol\u00edtica criminosa israelense e o apoio insolente do imperialismo na liquida\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos do povo palestino e na liquida\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer oportunidade de exercer o direito internacional e alcan\u00e7ar seguran\u00e7a e estabilidade na regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
Occupation is Terror, Annexation is Apartheid<\/p>\n
On June 5th 2020 it is the 53rd anniversary of the 1967 aggressive war, where Israel had occupied the West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza strip, the Syrian Golan and Sinai peninsula.<\/p>\n
This anniversary comes in the shadow of the Israeli government\u2019s declared intention to annex the Occupied Palestinian Lands supported by the American Administration, as part of the disastrous \u201cDeal of the Century\u201d. Meaning, perpetuating the occupation, deepening the settlements and creating an official Apartheid regime, while clearing the Palestinian people\u2019s right of self-determination, and preventing the end of occupation, settlements and the establishment of a Palestinian independent state on the borders of June 4th 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital and the right of return for refugees according to international resolutions.<\/p>\n
Netanyahu\u2019s government and Trump\u2019s administration are pulling the region to the edge as well as they both are perpetuating the conflict in the service of hegemony projects, they then are betting on the silence of the international community on these crimes \u2013 war crimes- especially as the world is preoccupied with COVID-19 implications on health, society and economy.<\/p>\n
We, the undersigned workers\u2019 and communist parties of the world, call upon the progressive anti-imperialist forces around the world to continue the struggle against this criminal Israeli policy and the impudent support of imperialism in liquidating the rights of the Palestinian People and exterminating any chance to exercise international law, and reach security and stability in the region.<\/p>\n
