A escalada dos massacres dos ocupantes contra o nosso povo na Faixa de Gaza, juntamente com a sua pol\u00edtica de fome e cerco, continua inabal\u00e1vel. A atrocidade mais recente, o Massacre do Trigo no norte de Gaza, resultou na tr\u00e1gica perda de mais de 120 vidas palestinas e deixou centenas de feridos. Nos dias que se seguiram a este massacre, o ocupante fascista cometeu mais um ato hediondo, utilizando as mesmas t\u00e1ticas brutais. Eles esperaram que multid\u00f5es de pessoas famintas se reunissem em torno dos \u00f4nibus e depois abriram fogo contra civis indefesos.<\/p>\n
Tudo isto se desenrola diante dos olhos do mundo inteiro, diante das na\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e1rabes, algumas das quais mant\u00eam rela\u00e7\u00f5es com o Estado ocupante. As atrocidades em curso em Gaza, marcadas por massacres, assassinatos e ataques contra o nosso povo, servem um prop\u00f3sito claro: oprimir e humilhar o nosso povo, for\u00e7ando-o ao deslocamento.<\/p>\n
Apesar da condena\u00e7\u00e3o internacional e \u00e1rabe dos monstruosos massacres do ocupante, fica aqu\u00e9m da resposta necess\u00e1ria. Algumas na\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e1rabes desempenham o papel de conspiradores e parceiros na agress\u00e3o contra o nosso povo, como se viu nos regimes do Bahrein e dos Emirados \u00c1rabes Unidos. Mesmo pa\u00edses vizinhos como a Jord\u00e2nia e o Egito, apesar dos acordos de paz com o ocupante, n\u00e3o conseguiram entregar ajuda humanit\u00e1ria ao nosso povo em Gaza. Demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es a\u00e9reas de solidariedade n\u00e3o aliviam a fome, e o que se exige das na\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e1rabes, no m\u00ednimo, \u00e9 cortar la\u00e7os e cancelar acordos com o Estado ocupante. No entanto, o que observamos \u00e9 exatamente o oposto, com algumas na\u00e7\u00f5es exportando vegetais e produtos alimentares para o ocupante racista sem hesita\u00e7\u00e3o, justificando-o por meio de acordos com o inimigo.<\/p>\n
No meio desta guerra brutal contra o nosso povo, a R\u00fassia apelou a uma reuni\u00e3o em Moscou das for\u00e7as palestinas, para acabar com a divis\u00e3o entre n\u00f3s. Embora a reuni\u00e3o tenha terminado com uma modesta declara\u00e7\u00e3o assinada por todas as fac\u00e7\u00f5es participantes, ela teve os seus pontos fracos. Em primeiro lugar, n\u00e3o incluiu todas as for\u00e7as na arena palestina, excluindo v\u00e1rias, incluindo o Partido Comunista Palestino, sem apresentar raz\u00f5es. Isto encorajou e continua a encorajar o ocupante fascista e os seus apoiantes imperialistas a persistirem na sua guerra de exterm\u00ednio, pois percebem que uma fac\u00e7\u00e3o palestina ainda aposta nas ilus\u00f5es de um acordo e n\u00e3o aprende com a hist\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n
Em terceiro lugar, aquilo que o inimigo fascista n\u00e3o conseguiu alcan\u00e7ar atrav\u00e9s da guerra n\u00e3o deve ser concedido atrav\u00e9s de negocia\u00e7\u00f5es. Os imensos sacrif\u00edcios e a destrui\u00e7\u00e3o maci\u00e7a sofrida por Gaza devem ser compensados pela liberta\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os prisioneiros, sem exce\u00e7\u00e3o, pela retirada das for\u00e7as de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o de Gaza, pelo acordo sobre a reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o, pelo fim do bloqueio e pelo fluxo cont\u00ednuo de ajuda sem condicionantes.<\/p>\n
Perante estes desafios que amea\u00e7am o nosso povo e o perigo para a nossa causa nacional, o Partido Comunista Palestino renova o seu apelo \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de uma ampla frente nacional que inclua todas as for\u00e7as palestinas e v\u00e1rios movimentos populares, sem exce\u00e7\u00e3o. Isto deveria se basear num programa pol\u00edtico espec\u00edfico para tirar o nosso povo do impasse desde Oslo at\u00e9 agora.<\/p>\n
O acordo sobre os mecanismos de luta e resist\u00eancia n\u00e3o deve ser determinado por nenhum partido com base nos seus interesses pessoais e de grupo, possibilitando a escolha do caminho adequado para o nosso povo na luta, sem imposi\u00e7\u00f5es de determinadas fac\u00e7\u00f5es pol\u00edticas. Depois disso, a reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o para a Liberta\u00e7\u00e3o da Palestina (OLP) requer fundamentos nacionais revolucion\u00e1rios capazes de mudar a realidade adversa para liderar uma revolu\u00e7\u00e3o popular. Statement Issued by the Palestinian Communist Party<\/strong><\/p>\n The escalation of the occupier’s massacres against our people in the Gaza Strip, along with their policy of starvation and siege, continues unabated. The most recent atrocity, the Wheat Massacre in northern Gaza, resulted in the tragic loss of over 120 Palestinian lives and left hundreds injured. In the days following this massacre, the fascist occupier committed yet another heinous act, using the same brutal tactics. They waited for crowds of hungry people to gather around buses, then callously opened fire on defenseless civilians. All of this unfolds before the eyes of the entire world, in front of Arab nations, some of which maintain relations with the occupying state.<\/p>\n The ongoing atrocities in Gaza, marked by massacres, killings, and the targeting of our people, serve one clear purpose: to oppress and humiliate our people, forcing them into displacement. Despite international and Arab condemnation of the occupier’s monstrous massacres, it falls short of the necessary response. Some Arab nations play the role of conspirators and partners in the aggression against our people, as seen in the regimes of Bahrain and the UAE. Even neighboring countries like Jordan and Egypt, despite peace agreements with the occupier, have failed to deliver humanitarian aid to our people in Gaza. Aerial shows of solidarity do not alleviate hunger, and what is required from Arab nations, at the very least, is to sever ties and cancel agreements with the occupying state. However, what we observe is quite the opposite, with some nations exporting vegetables and food products to the racist occupier without hesitation, justifying it with agreements with the enemy.<\/p>\n Amidst this brutal war on our people, Russia called for a meeting of Palestinian factions to end the Palestinian division in Moscow. Although the meeting concluded with a modest statement signed by all participating factions, it had its weaknesses. Firstly, it did not include all factions in the Palestinian arena, excluding several, including the Palestinian Communist Party, without providing reasons. Secondly, the statement from the Moscow meeting needs substantial work, real effort, and political will to genuinely end the Palestinian division. Therefore, our party expects that everything that happened in Moscow will remain ink on paper, and all the sacrifices made and those continuing in the West Bank and Gaza are not sufficient to end the Palestinian division. This encouraged and continues to encourage the fascist occupier and its imperialist backers to persist in their extermination war, as they perceive a Palestinian faction still banking on illusions of a settlement and not learning from history.<\/p>\n Thirdly, what the fascist enemy failed to achieve through war should not be granted through negotiations. The immense sacrifices and the massive destruction suffered by Gaza must be compensated by the liberation of all prisoners without exception, the withdrawal of occupation forces from Gaza, the agreement on reconstruction, the lifting of the blockade, and the continuous flow of aid without conditions.<\/p>\n In the face of these challenges threatening our people and the danger to our national cause, the Palestinian Communist Party renews its call for the formation of a broad national front that includes all Palestinian forces and various popular movements without exception. This should be based on a specific political program to lead our people out of the Palestinian impasse since Oslo until now. Agreement on the mechanisms of struggle and resistance should not be determined by any party based on its personal and factional interests, leaving the choice of the path suitable for our people in the struggle to them without dictation. Following this, the restructuring of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) requires revolutionary national foundations capable of changing the defeated reality and leading a revolution against it.
