No dia 30 de maio passado, o Parlamento da Rep\u00fablica Tcheca aprovou uma odiosa emenda ao C\u00f3digo Penal daquele pa\u00eds, que inclui a criminaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as formas de apoio e promo\u00e7\u00e3o do movimento comunista.<\/p>\n
O Partido Comunista da Bo\u00eamia e Mor\u00e1via, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica legal dos comunistas tchecos e que inclusive elegeu deputados para o Parlamento Europeu, protestou fortemente contra essa legisla\u00e7\u00e3o anticomunista. Dizem os camaradas do KS\u010cM:<\/p>\n
\u201co Partido Comunista da Bo\u00eamia e Mor\u00e1via rejeita veementemente tal proposta de emenda ao C\u00f3digo Penal e a considera proposital e discriminat\u00f3ria. Ao tentar repetidamente proibir o KS\u010cM, que j\u00e1 foi rejeitado pelo p\u00fablico diversas vezes no passado, os proponentes querem agradar o restante de seus eleitores e intimidar qualquer pessoa que critique o regime atual. No entanto, a verdade n\u00e3o pode ser silenciada ou banida. Ningu\u00e9m jamais silenciar\u00e1 o KS\u010cM, nem os valores que os comunistas defendem \u2013 os valores de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o internacional, solidariedade, progresso e paz.\u201d<\/p>\n
O Partido Comunista Brasileiro conhece muito bem a sanha da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o anticomunista. Em nossos mais de 100 anos de exist\u00eancia, mais da metade deles passamos na ilegalidade e, especialmente durante a ditadura empresarial-militar de 1964 a 12985, na mais rigorosa clandestinidade. Recentemente, tamb\u00e9m aqui no Brasil porta-vozes da extrema-direita neofascista tentaram propor a criminaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do comunismo.<\/p>\n
O PCB repudia nos mais en\u00e9rgicos termos a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o desta emenda anticomunista ao C\u00f3digo Penal da Rep\u00fablica Tcheca e manifesta sua total e irrestrita solidariedade aos camaradas do Partido Comunista da Bo\u00eamia e Mor\u00e1via.<\/p>\n

FULL SOLIDARITY WITH THE COMRADES OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF BOHEMIA AND MORAVIA!<\/p>\n
On May 30 of this year, the Parliament of the Czech Republic approved a hateful amendment to the country’s Penal Code, which includes the criminalization of all forms of support and promotion of the communist movement.<\/p>\n
The Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia (KS\u010cM), the legal political organization of Czech communists\u2014which has even elected deputies to the European Parliament\u2014has strongly protested against this anti-communist legislation. The comrades of the KS\u010cM state:<\/p>\n
“The Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia vehemently rejects this proposed amendment to the Penal Code and considers it deliberate and discriminatory. By repeatedly attempting to ban the KS\u010cM\u2014a move already rejected by the public multiple times in the past\u2014the proponents seek to please their remaining voters and intimidate anyone who criticizes the current regime. However, the truth cannot be silenced or banned. No one will ever silence the KS\u010cM, nor the values that communists stand for\u2014the values of international cooperation, solidarity, progress, and peace.”<\/p>\n
The Brazilian Communist Party (PCB) knows all too well the frenzy of anti-communist legislation. In our more than 100 years of existence, we have spent over half of that time outlawed\u2014especially during the U.S.-backed business-military dictatorship from 1964 to 1985, when we operated in the strictest clandestinity. Recently, even here in Brazil, spokespeople of the neofascist far-right have attempted to push for the criminalization of communism.<\/p>\n
The PCB condemns in the strongest terms the approval of this anti-communist amendment to the Czech Republic\u2019s Penal Code and expresses its full and unrestricted solidarity with the comrades of the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia.<\/p>\n

Komunistick\u00e1 Strana \u010cech a Moravy (KS\u010cM), leg\u00e1ln\u00ed politick\u00e1 organizace \u010desk\u00fdch komunist\u016f, kter\u00e1 dokonce zvolila poslance do Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu, proti t\u00e9to protikomunistick\u00e9 legislativ\u011b ost\u0159e protestovala. Soudruzi z KS\u010cM uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed: \u201eKomunistick\u00e1 strana \u010cech a Moravy tuto novelu trestn\u00edho z\u00e1kon\u00edku d\u016frazn\u011b odm\u00edt\u00e1 a pova\u017euje ji za \u00fa\u010delovou a diskrimina\u010dn\u00ed. Snahou opakovan\u011b zak\u00e1zat KS\u010cM \u2013 co\u017e bylo v minulosti ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed ji\u017e n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t odm\u00edtnuto \u2013 cht\u011bj\u00ed jej\u00ed p\u0159edkladatel\u00e9 zal\u00edbit se zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edm voli\u010d\u016fm a zastra\u0161it ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, kdo kritizuje sou\u010dasn\u00fd re\u017eim. Pravdu v\u0161ak nelze uml\u010det ani zak\u00e1zat. Nikdy nikdo neuml\u010d\u00ed KS\u010cM, ani hodnoty, za kter\u00e9 komunist\u00e9 stoj\u00ed \u2013 hodnoty mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed solidarity, pokroku a m\u00edru.\u201c<\/p>\n
Braz\u00edlsk\u00e1 komunistick\u00e1 strana (PCB) velmi dob\u0159e zn\u00e1 zu\u0159ivost protikomunistick\u00fdch z\u00e1kon\u016f. Za v\u00edce ne\u017e 100 let sv\u00e9 existence str\u00e1vila v\u00edce ne\u017e polovinu t\u00e9to doby v ilegalit\u011b, zejm\u00e9na b\u011bhem podnikatelsko-vojensk\u00e9 diktatury podporovan\u00e9 USA v letech 1964\u20131985, kdy p\u016fsobila v p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 konspiraci. V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b se i zde v Braz\u00edlii mluv\u010d\u00ed neofa\u0161istick\u00e9 krajn\u00ed pravdy pokusili prosadit kriminalizaci komunismu.<\/p>\n
PCB nejrozhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem odsuzuje schv\u00e1len\u00ed t\u00e9to protikomunistick\u00e9 novely trestn\u00edho z\u00e1kon\u00edku \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky a vyjad\u0159uje svou naprostou a neomezenou solidaritu soudruh\u016fm z Komunistick\u00e9 strany \u010cech a Moravy.<\/p>\n
