Prezados camaradas do Partido Comunista S\u00edrio:<\/p>\n

O Partido Comunista Brasileiro \u2013 PCB \u2013 recebe com enorme tristeza a not\u00edcia do repentino falecimento do destacado camarada Ammar Bagdache, secret\u00e1rio-geral de vosso Partido.<\/p>\n

Nascido em uma fam\u00edlia de revolucion\u00e1rios e desde cedo participante ativo da luta pol\u00edtica, o camarada Bagdache demonstrou lideran\u00e7a exemplar em todas as fases de sua vida. Ammar Bagdache foi um l\u00edder comunista destacado do mundo \u00e1rabe, um marxista-leninista convicto e um internacionalista de princ\u00edpios que dedicou toda a sua vida \u00e0 causa do socialismo, aos direitos da classe trabalhadora e \u00e0 luta contra o imperialismo e a rea\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O camarada Ammar Bagdache participou de dezenas de reuni\u00f5es de partidos comunistas e oper\u00e1rios, contribuindo decisivamente para o desenvolvimento da luta conjunta dos povos nos pa\u00edses \u00e1rabes e no mundo. Sua presen\u00e7a em f\u00f3runs internacionais inspirou confian\u00e7a e solidariedade entre partidos comunistas e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalhadores em todo o planeta. Relembramos com saudoso carinho que o camarada Bagdache esteve presente no XIV Congresso do PCB, em outubro de 2009, representando o PC S\u00edrio.<\/p>\n

No per\u00edodo mais recente, o golpe reacion\u00e1rio jihadista que assumiu o poder na S\u00edria e desencadeou cruel persegui\u00e7\u00e3o contra os comunistas (e todas as for\u00e7as democr\u00e1ticas e patri\u00f3ticas) obrigou Ammar Bagdache a buscar ex\u00edlio na Gr\u00e9cia, onde infelizmente um fatal ataque card\u00edaco o vitimou.<\/p>\n

Neste momento de profunda dor, o PCB se solidariza com os dirigentes e militantes do Partido Comunista S\u00edrio, familiares e amigos do camarada Bagdache, convictos de que n\u00f3s comunistas de todo o mundo saberemos honrar seu legado de luta contra o imperialismo e a rea\u00e7\u00e3o, pela paz mundial e pelo socialismo.<\/p>\n

Dear Comrades of the Syrian Communist Party,<\/p>\n

The Brazilian Communist Party \u2013 PCB \u2013 was deeply saddened to learn of the sudden passing of the esteemed Comrade Ammar Bagdache, General Secretary of your Party.<\/p>\n

Born into a family of revolutionaries and an active participant in political struggle from an early age, Comrade Bagdache demonstrated exemplary leadership throughout his life. He was a prominent communist leader in the Arab world, a steadfast Marxist-Leninist, and a principled internationalist who dedicated his entire life to the cause of socialism, workers’ rights, and the fight against imperialism and reaction.<\/p>\n

Comrade Ammar Bagdache took part in dozens of meetings of communist and workers’ parties, playing a decisive role in advancing the joint struggle of the peoples of the Arab world and beyond. His presence at international forums inspired confidence and solidarity among communist parties and workers’ organizations across the globe. We fondly remember that Comrade Bagdache was present at our 14th Congress, representing the Syrian Communist Party.<\/p>\n

In recent years, the reactionary jihadist coup that seized power in Syria and unleashed brutal persecution against communists (and all democratic and patriotic forces) forced Comrade Ammar Bagdache into exile in Greece, where, tragically, he succumbed to a fatal heart attack.<\/p>\n

In this moment of profound grief, the PCB stands in solidarity with the comrades of the Syrian Communist Party, as well as with Comrade Bagdache\u2019s family and friends. We are certain that communists around the world will honor his legacy of struggle against imperialism and reaction, for world peace, and for socialism.<\/p>\n
